Chapter Eight: Persistence

How are you all going out there in the wide world. I hope that the ideas of Mr Hill are inspiring you just as much as they have and still are doing for me. I still remember the first time i read think and grow rich. I thought it was a good read but nothing great...or nothing to write about. Hoever a few months later i just thought i woukd revisit it and have a look. Nonetheless i havent looked back since.

This is an amazing chapter.
Hill reminds us to look back at creating our chief aim and being specific in what we do and what we focus on. it is stime to stop drifting on the high seas and make a b line for the shore of choice. There will be times that we have hinerences and there will be times we hit a road block. But how passionate are we? Will we stop and give up at the fist sign of a hindereance? NO!!! smash it down. refuse to wander any more. B e like David and Caleb in the bible and be of adifferent spirit. refine the areas of achievement in your life. Let nothing touch your mind oter than fuel for the fire that burns in your heart.

Every seed we follow will reveal its self in physical if we persist long enough.

Hill highlights four keys:

  1. Definite purpose backed by desire
  2. Definite plan expressed in continious action
  3. Mind closed to all negative thoughts
  4. Mastermind team

Today is new years eve. My partner has gone out with our friends and i ham here alone. What a joy it is on the crest of another year...on the eve of a great begining.

Jim Rohn comments make money while others are resting. I am formulating plans and laying the seeds in the garden of the mind as other people are out drinking and doing their own thing.

But i have no New Years Resolutions. I have goals which through persistance will be achieve. When i reach the top i will set new and bigger goals. I am getting better and beter every day. Even if it is 1% it means i am moving forward.

Don't waste this day. Don't waste this thought. Make your life of tomorrow today.

Have a fabolous N Y's. I hope that you take time to plan, think and create an incredible 2009.

Till we meet..Fraser
